control deck.
The primary win condition of this deck is to mill your opponent with Sphinx's Tutelage. Secondary win conditions are the planeswalkers' ultimate abilities (Nissa, Vastwood Seer, Kiora, Master of the Depths, Ob Nixilis Reignited). Since milling and building up loyality counters takes some time, cards like Fog, Disperse or Languish help to slow down your opponent.
